Terms of Service

GrooveMate is a marketplace where musicians, bands, studios and music services find each other. By using the website, the Telegram bot or the Mini App you agree to these terms.

The service

GrooveMate hosts listings and helps people connect. We are not a party to any arrangement made between users — auditions, gigs, rentals, lessons and payments between users happen at their own responsibility.

Accounts

You sign in with your Telegram account (and optionally an email account on the website). Keep your contact details accurate — other users rely on them to reach you. Accounts used for spam, fraud or impersonation may be suspended.

Listings & moderation

You are responsible for the content you publish. Listings must describe real musical offers or searches and may not contain illegal content, hate speech, adult content or unrelated advertising. Every listing passes moderation (including automated review) before going live; we may edit categories, remove images that break the rules, or reject a listing with a stated reason.

Paid services

Optional paid features (such as bumping a listing to the top of search or a promotional Instagram post, and subscription plans when available) are priced transparently before purchase. Payments are processed by Telegram Stars, Monobank, or our authorized reseller Paddle — Paddle acts as merchant of record for card purchases, and their checkout terms apply to those transactions. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a listing leads to a deal, and we are not liable for agreements between users. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes are announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
